En banc hearing before full DC Circuit in Flynn case is warranted
On June 24, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit (20-5143) granted Michael Flynn an emergency writ of mandamus to dismiss the criminal charges against him. Shortly after the ruling was announced President Donald Trump celebrated: “Great! Court of Appeals Upholds Justice Departments (sic) Request To Drop Criminal Case Against General Michael Flynn!” Others were less celebratory.
