Plans for the bar exam fail to stand up to close scrutiny

The California State Bar’s plans for the upcoming October bar exam rely on a dubious, unprecedented version of the multi-state bar exam, fail to protect the public from incompetent or unethical lawyers, and, worst of all, needlessly require students with disabilities and students who cannot afford adequate internet bandwidth to expose themselves to the coronavirus.
