The COVID-19 virus has been a boon to plaintiff lawyers seeking to cash in on the events related to the pandemic and the shutdowns across the nation. Our firm has been tracking the filings of employment cases that reference COVID-19 as part of their allegations. Thus far, there have been more than 150 such cases that we have monitored.
