Bill is lifeline for those drowning in business interruption claim denials

Numerous state and federal legislative efforts have been launched to provide relief to businesses through their insurance portfolios. While many have stalled, one such effort, California Assembly Bill 1552 has emerged with the most promising potential for passage.
