Adapting to conservative courts

In my salad days, I went through something similar to what we’re seeing on the courts today. It requires adjustments, not surrenders. You can still win some significant victories — if you adapt.

It seems that for the next few decades our federal courts will be well-stocked with ultra-conservative judges. Our current president has appointed younger people to these courts at all levels — including the U.S. Supreme Court, which will soon have a super-majority of six on the right side of the bench.
