Commission on Judicial Performance adopts amended rules
This year, the commission considered amendments to six rules — Rule 115 (Notice of Tentative Public Admonishment); Rule 116 (Public Admonishment Procedure); Rule 125 (Evidence); Rule 128 (Amendments to Notice of Answer; Dismissals); Rule 129 (Report of Masters); and Rule 138 (Definitions).
