Deputy Attorney General Tim Nader has been elected to the San Diego County Superior Court, according to voting results indicating an insurmountable lead.
The former Chula Vista mayor held an 83,000 vote lead Monday over Assistant U.S. Attorney Paul Starita with some 60,000 ballots left to be counted.
