Women argue for jury to hear their bias cases against MoFo

Sherry A. William and Joshua Ashley Klayman, represented by Sanford Heisler Sharp LLP, sued the firm in 2018, claiming women attorneys at MoFo who become pregnant or have children are denied opportunities for advancement and higher pay, the lawsuit alleged.

Two women pushed back on Monday against Morrison & Foerster LLP's motion for summary judgment in a gender and pregnancy discrimination lawsuit, arguing in opposition briefs that a jury should hear their cases.
