1st US business interruption trial starts Monday in New Orleans
Filed in March by New Orleans seafood restaurant Oceana Grill, the suit claims Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s of London insurance company unfairly denied it business interruption coverage after government orders forced it to close in March.




The first coronavirus-related business interruption insurance lawsuit in the nation will go to trial Monday in New Orleans after a judge denied Lloyd's of London's motion to dismiss.
