AG Xavier Becerra fights back against tobacco industry in federal challenge to state Senate Bill 793.
Attorney General Xavier Becerra on Thursday defended California's flavored vape ban that was passed this summer, arguing that federal law provides for local authorities to regulate tobacco products.
