MLB player’s case could become new assumption of risk precedent
Last week, Jonathan “Mac” Williamson, a former standout outfielder for the San Francisco Giants, filed a negligence and premises liability lawsuit in San Francisco against China Basin Baseball Company, the entity that owns and operates Oracle Park, where the Giants play.
