How will the federal government handle psychedelics?
Psychedelic drugs, such as psilocybin mushrooms, ayahuasca and peyote, are federally illegal. Nevertheless, over the next few years, states across the United States will pass laws creating regulated markets for therapeutic, and possibly even recreational, use of psychedelic drugs and in particular, psilocybin.
