Law firm office manager charged with embezzling $1M

According to a civil complaint filed against the pair by the Menekshe Law Firm APC’s founding attorney, Ayhan M. Menekshe, the office manager “had unlimited access to all of the firm’s financial accounts.”

A former office manager from Menekshe Law Firm APC has been charged with seven felony counts relating to allegations that she embezzled more than $1 million from the boutique firm over a three-year period.

The manager's father and his construction company are also named as defendants in the complaint filed in Santa Clara County Superior Court.
