The County of San Bernardino, Colonies LP, Jeffrey Burum reach $65M settlement to resolve First Amendment civil case, retaliation, malicious prosecution

San Bernardino County's supervisors voted to pay $65 million to a Rancho Cucamonga developer who sued for retaliation and malicious prosecution after he was acquitted of bribery charges in 2017.
