Orange County lawyer arrested on fraud charge

Moses R. Luna, 73, is facing 20 felony counts of insurance fraud for allegedly creating a translation and interpreting company called Adelante Interpreting Inc. and then referring insurance companies to the business.

A Santa Ana-based attorney was arrested Thursday and accused of $311,220 in workers' compensation fraud.

According to the California Department of Insurance, Moses R. Luna faces 20 felony counts of insurance fraud.
