Former bar executive retained as consultant into 2021

The bar's policy usually restricts former senior managers from doing business with the agency for 12 months following their employment. Last week, the board executive committee voted to waive that requirement, allowing Wilson to support the implementation of the bar's policy agenda.

A State Bar committee has extended a waiver allowing Leah Wilson, the former executive director, to continue into 2021 as a consultant.
