Online publishers sue Google over digital ads

Three class actions were filed in federal courts in San Jose and San Francisco in the midst of heightened scrutiny over Google's digital ad sales market dominance, which also prompted a probe from state prosecutors in mid-December.

Publishing companies have filed antitrust actions against Google LLC, accusing the tech giant of using its dominant power to control the online display advertising market.
