Incoming superior court leadership face tough decisions
“It would have been a contradictory message for a stay at home order to be sent out by the governor, which is legitimate considering the surge that’s going on, to then tell people, ‘But we want you to come in and congregate at our courthouses in large numbers,’” said new Riverside County Presiding Judge John Monterosso.
