New LA County Counsel named to head 300-attorney office
Rodrigo Castro-Silva succeeded Mary Wickham, who was appointed to the Los Angeles County Superior Court as a commissioner in November.

Rodrigo Castro-Silva, acting Los Angeles county counsel, was appointed to head the office of 300 attorneys permanently, after a vote by the county Board of Supervisors.
