On Monday, Dec. 14, Los Angeles County began administering the first doses of COVID-19 vaccines to frontline health care workers. Governor Gavin Newsom, Board of Supervisors Chair Hilda Solis and Mayor Eric Garcetti were all on hand to commemorate the moment.
