Survey: M&A leaders bullish on future of technology deals

The annual Tech Merger & Acquisition Leaders’ Survey published by Morrison & Foerster LLP said 66% of respondents anticipated an increase in activity this year. That marks a big change compared to last year’s survey results, which found 40% of respondents expected an increase.

Leaders in mergers and acquisitions are feeling bullish about the future of technology company deals, according to a Morrison & Foerster LLP survey of 89 dealmakers, most of them in the Silicon Valley.
