State high court upholds ex-justice Jeffrey Johnson’s removal

The Supreme Court declined to review Johnson's petition for review. He was removed by the Commission on Judicial Performance in June.

The California Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld the removal of Jeffrey Johnson from the 2nd District Court of Appeal.
