Judge unlikely to grant anti-SLAPP motion in suit against Musk

In a tentative ruling, Alameda County Superior Court Judge Julia Spain said in order to succeed on a special motion to strike under the anti-SLAPP statute, Tesla must demonstrate the alleged defamatory statements were made in connection with a matter of public interest.
