BLM protesters facing trials seek malicious prosecution damages

The administrative claims accuse San Luis Obispo County District Attorney Dan Dow of charging the protesters “based on bias and racial discrimination.”

Three Black Lives Matter protesters whom San Luis Obispo County District Attorney Dan Dow was disqualified from prosecuting have filed administrative claims with the county seeking monetary damages in excess of $10,000 each and saying the DA maliciously charged them with misdemeanors and felonies.
