$2B Roundup settlement modeled on other major cases

Elizabeth J. Cabraser, a San Francisco-based partner with Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP, filed the deal Wednesday that would establish a fund run by an administrator to compensate qualified claimants who say they have contracted Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, also called NHL, from Roundup.
