$2B Roundup settlement modeled on other major cases
Elizabeth J. Cabraser, a San Francisco-based partner with Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP, filed the deal Wednesday that would establish a fund run by an administrator to compensate qualified claimants who say they have contracted Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, also called NHL, from Roundup.





Borrowing elements from other major settlements he has negotiated, special master Kenneth R. Feinberg has helped craft a $2 billion proposed settlement between Bayer AG to resolve claims by future plaintiffs who argue Roundup weedkiller causes cancer.
