JAMS founder joins faculty at Pepperdine’s Straus Institute

Daniel Weinstein will teach advanced mediation at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law.

Daniel Weinstein, a founder of JAMS and a retired San Francisco Superior Court judge, has joined the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law.

As a distinguished mediator in residence, he will teach advanced mediation with professor and managing director of the institute Sukhsimranjit Singh.
