Class counsel’s $41M in attorney fees is OK’d in Snapchat case

The attorneys who helped broker the $154.6 million settlement of an investors’ lawsuit against Snap Inc. said they were entitled to 25% of that amount, plus $2.39 million in interest.

A federal judge approved $41 million in attorney fees for class counsel who negotiated a $154 million settlement with Snapchat Inc. in a securities fraud case.
