Apple’s ‘Privacy Nutrition Labels’: Standardized approach to privacy notices?

The reality is that consumers just do not have the bandwidth to spend the time reading the notices. Even if consumers spent this time reading the notices, most would not be able to understand the obscure and complicated legalese.
