US judge OKs $80M attorney fees in Apple throttling case
A number of objectors and Apple argued the attorney fee award was too high.
A federal judge in San Jose has approved a $310 million settlement of a class action against Apple Inc. for throttling the performance of older iPhones and awarded more than $80 million to the plaintiffs' attorneys.
