Clerical error could add more than $1M to attorney fees

Class counsel in Illumina securities case could see attorney fees increase from $2.125M to $3.46M

Lead counsel representing a class of plaintiffs who bought Illumina stock in 2016 could see their fees rise from $2.125 million to $3.46 million due to a clerical error.

On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge M. James Lorenz of the Southern District of California awarded Adam M. Apton and Adam C. McCall of Levi & Korsinsky $2.125 million. The total settlement is $13.85 million; the plaintiffs' attorneys were entitled to 25% of that.<...
