Homeless advocates sue to recall Sacramento mayor
The complaint says there is a dispute over how long an elected city official must be in office before a recall campaign can be registered.

A group representing homeless people accused the Sacramento city clerk of attempting to illegally block a recall attempt against Mayor Darrell Steinberg.
