Bar takes over $120,000 in client accounts of deceased attorney

A Sacramento judge appointed a receiver to unwind the practice of the late immigration and civil practice attorney Alex Gortinsky.

A Sacramento County judge approved the State Bar's request to appoint a receiver to take over the practice of a deceased attorney with $120,000 in client funds in his bank accounts.
