Be prepared for potential new COVID-19 standards coming soon

As part of his administration’s efforts to mitigate the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, President Joe Biden issued an executive order directing the Department of Occupational Safety and Health Administration to “consider whether any emergency temporary standards on COVID-19, including with respect to masks in the workplace, are necessary, and if such standards are determined to be necessary, issue them by March 15, 2021.”
