Sonoma DA charges PG&E with dozens of crimes for Kincaid Fire
DA Jill Ravitch charged PG&E with five felonies, including recklessly causing a fire with great bodily injury, recklessly causing a fire in inhabited structures, and recklessly causing a fire on forest land. She also filed 28 misdemeanor counts.




The Sonoma County district attorney filed dozens of criminal charges Tuesday against Pacific Gas and Electric Co., alleging the utility giant recklessly started the 2019 Kincaid Fire that burned more than 75,000 acres in Northern California and injured six firefighters.
