‘Air taxi’ startup accuses competitor of trade secret theft
Wisk Aero LLC accused Archer Aviation Inc. of poaching at least 10 of its engineers in the last two years. Archer denied it and said Wisk's lawsuit is an attempted deflection because it is under federal investigation.




A company that said it has worked for a decade to develop an electric self-flying air taxi accused a competitor of trade secret theft and patent infringement in a federal complaint filed in the Northern District of California.
