Anti-abortion group can’t release covert recordings, US judge rules
Judge William H. Orrick III of the Northern District of California stopped short of enjoining the Center for Medical Progress from attempting to gain access to and publish recordings from future National Abortion Federation meetings.




A federal judge permanently barred an anti-abortion group that infiltrated abortion provider meetings to expose sales of aborted fetal tissue from releasing hundreds of hours of recordings the group covertly made at national conferences in 2014 and 2015.
