Bill to revamp recall elections passes state Senate committee

“Prepare for lawsuits,” attorney Harmeet K. Dhillon tweeted as the Senate Elections and Constitutional Amendments Committee met.

A state Senate committee passed a package of bills Monday that could significantly change the process of recall elections in California. Meanwhile, a prominent Republican attorney sent these senators a message.
