ACLU seeks facial recognition records from immigration agencies

The ACLU complaint states it asked for information on the agencies’ past and current use of Clearview AI Inc. software technology as well as contracts, policies, sources of photos from mobile devices, body cameras, surveillance videos, social media, aerial surveillance, arrest photos and more.

The ACLU and other groups have filed a lawsuit seeking records of immigration agencies' use of facial recognition technology.
