BofA settles to settle 3 wage and hour class actions for $11.5M
Plaintiffs’ attorney Tatiana G. Avakian of Marlin & Saltzman LLP, who was joined by attorneys at the Markham Law Firm and Quintilone & Associates, wrote that “endless litigation” of the lawsuits “is not necessarily the best court of action.”

Bank of America will pay $11.5 million to settle three class actions accusing it of failing to compensate employees who were required to arrive early and stay late for shifts, worked through meal breaks and used their personal phones for work-related reasons.
