Kirkland Ellis partner moves to Goodwin Procter

New Goodwin partner Jean Lee said the firm's technology mergers and acquisitions practice with innovative companies is a core interest for her.

Goodwin Procter LLP expanded its technology mergers and acquisitions practice on Monday with the addition of Jean A. Lee, who moved from Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Lee represents companies and private equity funds in private transactions, divestitures and corporate governance. She described the bulk of her practice as sitting between the intersection of the technology and private equity sectors, which aligns closely with Goodwin's strengths.
