DA drops domestic violence charge against Joshua Schiller
The decision came after Joshua I. Schiller and his wife, Melissa, said the attorney’s January arrest was the result of a misunderstanding.
Marin County prosecutors dropped a domestic violence charge Tuesday against Joshua I. Schiller of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP — son of firm co-founder Jonathan D. Schiller and brother-in-law to Gov. Gavin Newsom’s wife.
