Luxury hotel faces employee lawsuit, blames union agenda
The latest lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday by Lauren Teukolsky of Pasadena and union attorneys on behalf of plaintiff April Blackwell.
Chateau Marmont is facing another lawsuit by a former employee, who accuses the legendary Sunset Boulevard hotel of failure to protect her from racist and sexist guest harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination.
A spokeswoman for the hotel said the lawsuits have been funded and publicized by a union and one of the two previous cases has been dropped.
