Bar exam pass rate improves but falls short of highs

37.2% passed the February exam this year, or 1,151 people, the State Bar reported late on Friday. The results come after an all-time low of 27.9% in February 2020.

The passage rate on the February 2021 bar exam marks a significant improvement from last year, but rates continue to remain low compared to previous years.
