Legislative analyst question’s Newsom’s budget projections

Legislative Analyst Anita Lee asked for more details and better legislative oversight. This applied to the $60 million in one-time funding Gov. Gavin Newsom has proposed to help courts deal with the backlog of cases that have piled up during the shutdown.

The Legislative Analyst’s Office crashed Gov. Gavin Newsom’s budget party this week, questioning his surplus projections and plans for court spending.
