More charges in 1st DOJ COVID securities fraud prosecution

The Department of Justice estimates that over $143 million in false billings were generated in the schemes they are investigating in seven federal districts.

As part of coordinated law enforcement actions across the nation in connection with COVID-19 related frauds, federal prosecutors expanded their case against Sunnyvale lab company Arrayit and its president, alleging they misrepresented to investors the development of a coronavirus blood test.
