National bar examiners say no remote testing next February
“Remote exams create challenges for exam security and uniformity, and for this reason, we have consistently advocated for in-person testing as the best option whenever possible,” Beth Hill of the National Conference of Bar Examiners said.




The National Conference of Bar Examiners has moved to make material for the February 2022 exam available for in-person testing only.
The conference started to offer bar exam material for remote exam administrations due to the pandemic. Two California bar exams were administered remotely and the July 2021 exam is expected to be the last that includes a remote testing option, the conference announced on Tuesday.
