Judge won’t force in-person deposition of Kanye West

Video company suing Kanye West for breaching business deals loses bid to depose the rapper and his apparel company top official in person, after magistrate judge cites Los Angeles County public health order discouraging in-person meetings.

A multimedia tech company that says Kanye West breached a business contract lost its bid to have the rapper deposed in person, after a U.S. magistrate judge said it cannot be ensured that all attendees will be fully vaccinated and masks would not be necessary.
