Justice to retire from 4th District after 34 years on bench
Justice Patricia Benke said she anticipates continued involvement with the 4th District Court of Appeal to some degree.
Justice Patricia D. Benke of the 4th District Court of Appeal announced she will retire at the end of July after 34 years on the bench.
That's nearly the age Benke was when she was appointed by Gov. George Deukmejian.
