Pornhub, MindGeek, Visa accused in child sex trafficking suit
Pornhub responded that it has safeguards to prevent unlawful activity, including bans on uploads from unverified users.
Pornhub’s parent company MindGeek Inc. faces a second federal lawsuit in Los Angeles filed Thursday by 34 women who accuse the online porn behemoth of profiting from videos depicting sex trafficking victims — often children — being raped and recorded without their consent.
