Suit saying LA city attorney wrongly used taxes for ‘whitewash’ is partially, tentatively dismissed

U.S. District Judge Virginia Phillips indicated she is leaning toward dismissing a taxpayer action but allowing a civil rights action to proceed against City Attorney Mike Feuer, his former No. 2, and the city of Los Angeles.
